Russian Railways says to sell Internet operator TransTeleCom

MOSCOW, Dec 15 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways again plans to sell Internet operator TransTeleCom and its stake in power producer TGC-14, the national railroad carrier’s First Deputy General Director Vadim Mikhailov said on Wednesday at a briefing.

“Yes, it is in our plans,” Mikhailov said in response to the question about the sale of TransTeleCom.

“As to TGC-14, it has several shareholders. There are no problems, it’s just a matter of time.”

Russian Railways said earlier it would decide about the sale of TransTeleCom in 2021.
